Quinn L Bishop
Born in the Appalachian Mountains, I moved to New Orleans in 2015, originally working as an underground union organizer before making the drastic switch to drag and burlesque.
Starting in 2019, I started my first walking tour Nola Drag Tours- which formed the bones of the History of the Queer Underground Tour. The tour was a runaway success, allowing me to quit my day job and focus on history education and art full time.
In 2023, after a chance request from a bachelorette party, I rediscovered a teenage passion for tarot and witchcraft and started offering tarot.
I’ve also recently been exploring the world of film and audio tours.
I could not do any of the work I do without my incredibly supportive friends Alice Hobson and Rachel Maloney who give me a lot of backup as well as my broader community who keep me confident and full of joy as I work.
